Greek Yogurt Herb and Cheese Biscuits

Biscuits…made without butter?  Yes, it can be done!

This unique recipe is made using a container of Greek yogurt.  Along with Parmesan cheese and a blend of herbs, I think these biscuits might be one of my new favorites!

Besides the Greek yogurt, there is one other secret ingredient in these biscuits that give them a distinctive flavor – fennel seeds.  The flavor really piques your interest and perks up your tastebuds.

This recipe is a great addition to your bread basket at dinner time.  I also suggest making poached eggs for breakfast and then using one of these biscuits to sop up the runny yolk!
