Ingredients - 2 pounds Fresh Chicken Wings, or wing portions
- Salt and Pepper
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 2 tablespoons Minced Garlic
- 12 ounces Ginger Beer
Directions - Pat chicken wings dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
- Preheat a large pan on medium heat.
- Melt butter then add the chicken wings.
- Lay the wings in a single layer in the pan cooking on each side until done, about 10 minutes each side.
- Then add garlic and stir.
- Pour in ginger beer, turning the heat up to medium high.
- Let it simmer until the ginger beer thickens.
- Stir occasionally.
- Before removing from the heat coat the wings in the sauce.
- Enjoy!
