Ingredients - 1 sheet Puff Pastry, thawed
- 8 ounces Cream Cheese, room temperature
- 2 tablespoons Orange Juice
- 7 tablespoons Powdered Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Orange Zest
- Egg Wash
- 1 cup White Chocolate Chips
- 1 drop Orange Food Coloring
Directions - Preheat oven to 400°F. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
- Cut puff pastry into 6 rectangles. Set aside.
- In medium bowl mix together cream cheese, orange juice, powdered sugar and zest. Spoon 2 tablespoons of mixture onto the middle of 3 rectangles.
- Place the remaining 3 rectangles on top of the rectangles with the filling.
- Press the edges with a fork.
- Brush the tops with the egg wash.
- Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown.
- When pastries are cooling, melt the chocolate chips over a double boiler. Mix till creamy. Add a drop of orange food coloring and mix.
- Top the pastries with melted chocolate. Serve and ENJOY!
