Ingredients - 1 pound Ground Turkey
- 2 15 oz cans Chili Beans
- 1 cup Corn
- 1 Fresh Tomato, diced
- 8 ounces Tomato Sauce
- 1/4 cup White Onion, diced
- 1/2 cup Beef Broth
- 1 package Gluten Free Chili Seasoning Mix
Directions - Begin by browning the ground turkey.
- Once browned, rinse and drain if needed.
- Add all ingredients to a Dutch oven or large stockpot.
- Mix them well and cover and cook on medium-high heat.
- Let simmer for 15-20 minutes until it comes to a slight boil.
- Carefully stir and serve with cheese, sour cream, and Fritos if desired.
