Ingredients - 1 cup Milk
- 1/2 cup Honey
- 1/4 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 Egg
- 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
- 2 cups Rolled Oats
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 2 teaspoons Cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 1/2 cups Chopped Apples, (finely diced)
- 1 cup Frozen Raspberries
Directions - Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spray an 8x8 baking dish with nonstick spray.
- Whisk together the milk, honey, yogurt, egg, and vanilla.
- Stir together the oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl. Pour the wet ingredients on top and gently mix until everything is combined.
- Add the fruit gently and pour into the prepared pan. Add a few more frozen raspberries to the top of the mixture, if desired. Bake for 45 minutes.
- Remove and serve warm with milk and honey drizzled on top.
Notes - You can also bake this oatmeal an extra 5-10 minutes, so that it is more like a soft granola bar.
