Ingredients - 1/2 cup Honey
- 1/2 cup Tamari Gluten Free Soy Sauce
- 2 tablespoons Ketchup
- 1 clove Garlic, crushed
- 1 teaspoon Fresh Ginger
- 2 tablespoons Cornstarch
- 16 ounces Fresh Shrimp, medium, peeled and deveined
- 16 ounces Frozen Mixed Stir-fry Vegetable Blend
- Cooked Rice, optional
Directions - In a medium sized saucepan, add in the honey, soy sauce, ketchup, garlic, and ginger.
- Let this warm up to a low-boil, whisk in the cornstarch until the sauce as thickened.
- Coat the shrimp with the sauce.
- Line an air fryer with foil, and then add in the shrimp and vegetables.
- Cook at 355°F for 10 Minutes.
- Serve over cooked rice.
