Ingredients - 2 sheets Puff Pastry, thawed
- 8 ounces Pork Sausage
- 1/2 cup Tomato Sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon Oregano
- 1 teaspoon Rosemary
- 1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 2 cups Shredded Cheese
- 2 cups Fresh Arugula
Directions - Preheat oven to 425°F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper. Set aside.
- In a medium skillet cook sausage until no longer pink. Drain.
- Roll out pastry on a lightly floured surface to a large rectangle and place each on baking sheet.
- Spread half of the tomato sauce evenly on pizza.
- Sprinkle half of the oregano, rosemary and garlic powder on pizza.
- Top with half the cheese.
- Top with half the sausage.
- Repeat on second pizza.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or cheese is melted, and crust is golden brown.
- Top each pizza with arugula. Serve and ENJOY!
