Raisin Cashew Fudge Drops Image

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces Semisweet Chocolate Chips, or milk chocolate chips
  • 14 ounce can Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 tablespoon Light Corn Syrup
  • 2 teaspoons Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 2 1/2 cups Cashews, salted, coarsely chopped
  • 2 1/2 cups Raisins

Directions

  1. In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine the chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and corn syrup.
  2. Cook and stir until mixture is melted and smooth.
  3. Add vanilla.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in cashews and raisins.
  5. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto parchment paper or wax paper-lined baking sheets.
  6. Allow to set. Store in cool, airtight containers.
