Ingredients - 1 15 oz can Black Beans, rinsed and drained
- 15 ounces Canned Sweet Corn
- 1 Red Bell Pepper, diced
- 1 Green Bell Pepper, diced
- 3 large Fresh Tomatoes, diced
- 2 large Red Onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro, chopped
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 3 Limes, juiced
- 1-2 teaspoons Taco Seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
Directions - Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Cover and refrigerate for up to a day.
