Black Bean Corn Salsa

Black Bean Corn Salsa Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 15 oz can Black Beans, rinsed and drained
  • 15 ounces Canned Sweet Corn
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper, diced
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper, diced
  • 3 large Fresh Tomatoes, diced
  • 2 large Red Onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 3 Limes, juiced
  • 1-2 teaspoons Taco Seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Cover and refrigerate for up to a day.
