Once you read about the recipe, you will see why this is the perfect title! Keep reading for the winning recipe… Let's start with the fact that this cheesecake has an Oreo Cookie crust. How can you go wrong there? The recipe calls for a fresh raspberry garnish, but I thought it might be fun to save a few Oreos for topping the final product. Either way works, so pick your favorite presentation! Now for the filling. Of course there is cream cheese and sour cream, but there is also a hearty dose of rich dark chocolate and a dash of chocolate liqueur. Someone is speaking my language! I decided to go Godiva all the way with this recipe. The dessert is topped with a dark chocolate ganache to finish off the cheesecake.
