The dough is measured by quarter cups, which makes a large satisfying soft cookie with peanut butter chips in every bite.

Add a glass of  refreshing cold milk and you have a great snack that your family will ask for again and again.  And what is better than cookies and milk?

Double Peanut Butter Cookies

1 1/2 cups softened unsalted butter

1 1/2 cups peanut butter

1 1/2 cups sugar

1 1/2 cups packed brown sugar

3 eggs

3 cups flour

1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda

1 bag (10 oz) Reese's Peanut Butter Chips

In a mixer bowl, beat together butter, peanut butter, and sugars until fluffy.  Beat in eggs and combine well.  Combine flour and baking soda.  Add to mixture and beat only until just combined.  Stir in peanut butter chips.  Drop dough by level 1/4 cup measures, 3 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets.  Bake at 350 degrees about 14-16 minutes or until golden.  Let sit on cookie sheets for several minutes before removing.  Makes about 32 large cookies.
