Fireball Cocktail

How about a "firecracker" of a cocktail to enjoy this 4th of July?  This mixed drink tastes just like a Hot Tamale candy. Beware:  it is not for the faint of heart!  Sip at your own risk… Keep reading for the recipe… I kicked off the summer this Memorial Day down at the Jersey Shore and everyone kept talking about "Fireball."  When they heard I was visiting from the West Coast, the first question everyone asked was, "Have you tried Fireball yet?"  Of course, I was intrigued! Here's how Fireball is described on their official website:  "If you haven't tried it, just imagine what it's like to get a Chuck Norris roundhouse kick to the face if his legs were on fire and tasted like cinnamon."  Ok, maybe that's a bit extreme.  I thought it tasted like a Hot Tamale candy.  In other words, awesome. The challenge was to come up with a cocktail using this spicy shot.  I devised this red hot 4th of July version of the classic whisky-ginger cocktail.  Give it a try tomorrow and see how many of your guests can take the heat!
