Frozen Cheesecake Bites

You want to indulge a little bit, but you know that a slice of cheesecake is a calorie bomb.  That's where this recipe comes in!  These "Frozen Cheesecake Bites" are enough to satisfy a cheesecake craving without sacrificing your workouts.

It's an easy 5-ingredient dessert that you can whip up in minutes!

Keep reading for the recipe…

This recipe uses the same technique as the recipe for "Pudding Pops" I posted last week.  Here's a reminder, in case you missed it:

In this recipe, you start with a package of Cheesecake flavored sugar-free fat-free pudding mix.  Prepare it according to package directions and stir in some mini chocolate chips.

Next you take some crushed graham crackers and spoon then into the bottom of each well in an ice cube tray.   This creates the "crust" to your frozen cheesecakes.

Then you spoon the chocolate chip cheesecake mixture on top of the graham crackers into each well.   Cover with foil, insert the straws, and freeze until set.

When the frozen bites are ready, simply pop them out of the ice cube tray and enjoy!  You have a two to three bite dessert that will satisfy your sweet tooth.
