Ingredients - 1 pound Ground Sausage
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
- 3 teaspoons Paprika
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon Fennel Seed
- 1/4 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
- 2 cups Dry Baking Mix, such as Bisquick
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Directions - Place the sausage in a large bowl. Blend the salt, pepper, paprika, garlic, fennel seed, and crushed red pepper in the food processor, Add the seasoning to the sausage and mix it in.
- Add in the baking mix and cheese and combine.
- Form into walnut-size balls and place on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 25 mins.
