Sausage Balls

Sausage Balls Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground Sausage
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
  • 3 teaspoons Paprika
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon Fennel Seed
  • 1/4 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
  • 2 cups Dry Baking Mix, such as Bisquick
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Directions

  1. Place the sausage in a large bowl. Blend the salt, pepper, paprika, garlic, fennel seed, and crushed red pepper in the food processor, Add the seasoning to the sausage and mix it in.
  2. Add in the baking mix and cheese and combine.
  3. Form into walnut-size balls and place on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 25 mins.
