Gluten Free Crispy Squash Chips Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 large Yellow Squash
  • 1 cup Skim Milk
  • 2 cups All-Purpose Gluten Free Flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 cups Gluten Free Bread Crumbs
  • 1/2 tablespoon Salt
  • Olive Oil Cooking Spray

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  2. Thinly slice the yellow squash into rounds.
  3. Place the squash in a 9x13 baking dish and pour the milk over it to soak for about 10 minutes.
  4. Prepare another bowl with the flour.
  5. Prepare a second bowl with the eggs, whisk them well.
  6. Lastly, prepare a bowl with the gluten free breadcrumbs and salt.
  7. Dip each slice of squash into the flour then into the egg and coat with the breadcrumbs.
  8. Place the squash on a broiler pan.
  9. Spray it evenly with the cooking spray.
  10. Bake for 15 minutes or until browned, serve with additional salt if desired.
