Ingredients - 2 cups Peanut Butter Filled Pretzel Nuggets, heaping
- 3 tablespoons Granulated Sugar
- 6 tablespoons Butter, melted
- 3/4 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
- 4 ounces Reduced Fat Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 cup Powdered Sugar
- 8-ounce container Whipped Topping, thawed
Directions - Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a food processor, pulse the peanut butter-filled pretzel nuggets until they are fine crumbs.
- In a medium bowl, combine pretzel crumbs, sugar, and melted butter.
- Press into the bottom of an 8-inch pie plate.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
- Remove from oven, and cool completely.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat peanut butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and whipped topping until smooth.
- Spoon filling evenly into the cooled crust.
- Refrigerate until chilled, about 30 minutes.
- Cut and serve.
