Sheet Pan Chicken Nachos

Sheet Pan Chicken Nachos Recipe

Ingredients

  • 13 ounces Tortilla Chips
  • 1 pound Chicken Breast, cut into cubes
  • 1 packet Taco Seasoning
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 3-4 cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded
Toppings:
  • Green Onions
  • Jalapeño, sliced
  • Black Olives
  • Diced Tomatoes
  • Fresh Cilantro
  • Sour Cream
  • Guacamole
  • Salsa

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium high heat. Add chicken to the pan, and cook for 5-6 minutes until browned.
  3. Sprinkle with taco seasoning, and add water.
  4. Bring to a boil, and cook for 2-3 minutes, until liquid is absorbed.
  5. Spread tortilla chips onto a large sheet pan, be careful not to overlap too much.
  6. Sprinkle with about 2 cups of cheese.
  7. Evenly spread chicken over the cheese.
  8. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
  9. Bake for 10-15 minutes, until cheese is completely melted and bubbly.
  10. Remove from the oven and top with your desired toppings.
  11. Serve immediately
