Gluten Free Caramel Apple Magic Cobbler Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 stick Unsalted Butter
  • 3/4 cup Milk
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Gluten Free Flour
  • 1 3/4 cups Granulated Sugar, divided
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 1 can Caramel Apple Pie Filling
  • Vanilla Ice Cream
  • Caramel Sauce

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Place the butter in a 9-inch pie pan and then place in the oven to melt the butter.
  3. Mix together the milk, flour, 1 cup of sugar, and baking power.
  4. Pour evenly on top of the melted butter, do not stir.
  5. Carefully spread the apples on top of the mixture, again do not stir.
  6. Top with 3/4 cup sugar, do not stir the mixture.
  7. Bake for 45 minutes or until browned.
  8. Serve with vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce.
