Raspberry Apple Baked Oatmeal Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1/2 cup Honey
  • 1/4 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 2 cups Rolled Oats
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 2 teaspoons Cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 1/2 cups Chopped Apples, (finely diced)
  • 1 cup Frozen Raspberries

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spray an 8x8 baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. Whisk together the milk, honey, yogurt, egg, and vanilla.
  3. Stir together the oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl. Pour the wet ingredients on top and gently mix until everything is combined.
  4. Add the fruit gently and pour into the prepared pan. Add a few more frozen raspberries to the top of the mixture, if desired. Bake for 45 minutes.
  5. Remove and serve warm with milk and honey drizzled on top.

Notes

  • You can also bake this oatmeal an extra 5-10 minutes, so that it is more like a soft granola bar.
