Ingredients - 1/2 cup Tamari Gluten Free Soy Sauce
- 1/4 cup Water
- 2 tablespoons Rice Wine Vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1 clove Garlic, crushed
- 1 teaspoon Ground Ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon Cornstarch
Directions - Place the drumsticks on top of the wire rack inside the Instant Pot.
- In a medium-sized saucepan, bring the sauce ingredients to bowl, whisking well until the sugars are dissolved.
- Pour evenly over the chicken in the instant pot.
- Pressure cook on high for 25 minutes.
- Serve with additional sauce if preferred and green onions to garnish.
