Ingredients - 1 sheet Puff Pastry, thawed
- 1/3 cup Brown Sugar
- 4 tablespoons Butter
- 2 ounces Pecans, chopped
- Powdered Sugar, for dusting, optional
Directions - Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray muffin pan with non-stick cooking spray.
- In small pot add butter and brown sugar. Bring to boil and let it cook for 3 minutes. Set aside and allow to cool for 2 minutes.
- Unfold puff pastry on floured surface. Roll out slightly.
- Spread evenly over pastry pecan mixture.
- Roll up and cut into 10 even pieces.
- Place in muffin pan and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool for 5 minutes.
- Serve and ENJOY!
