Ingredients - 1 sheet Puff Pastry, thawed
- 1 cup Blueberries
- 1/4 cup Cold Water
Directions - Preheat oven to 400°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- On floured surface unfold pastry. Cut 12 strips.
- Fold each strip in half from top to bottom. Then make a knot.
- Place on baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- In the meantime, add blueberries and water to a small pan.
- Simmer for 5 minutes on low heat. Mash blueberries slightly and simmer for another 2 minutes. Take off heat and allow to cool.
- Remove pan from oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes.
- Top each know with blueberry sauce.
- Serve warm and ENJOY!
