Ingredients - 1/2 cup Ripe Banana, mashed, 1 medium banana
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 1/3 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 cup Chopped Walnuts
- 3 cups Old Fashioned Oats
- 1 cup Banana Chips
- 1 cup Chocolate Chunks
Directions - Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a large rimmed sheet pan with a Silpat or parchment paper.
- Stir together the mashed banana, honey, and peanut butter.
- Mix together the salt, cinnamon, walnuts, and oats. Slowly stir the dry ingredients into the banana mixture.
- Spread the granola evenly on the baking sheet. Bake for 25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Remove the pan from the oven and let the granola cool completely.
- Add the banana chips and chocolate chunks.
- Store the granola in a tightly sealed container.
