Ingredients - 1 sheet Puff Pastry, thawed
- 2/3 cup Blueberries
- 1/3 cup Raspberries
- 1/3 cup Blackberries
- 3 Strawberries, sliced
- juice from half a Lemon
Directions - Preheat oven to 400°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper, set aside.
- In small bowl add berries and lemon juice. Set aside.
- Roll out puff pastry. Cut into 4 equal squares. Transfer to baking sheet.
- Evenly divide berries slightly off-center in each square.
- Fold the turnovers in half diagonally, to create triangular turnovers. Press the edges with a fork to seal.
- Place on baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from oven and place on cooling rack. Allow to cool for 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar(optional). Serve and ENJOY!
