Pumpkin Spice Chai Latte

Pumpkin Spice Chai Latte Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Instant Tea
  • 1 1/2 cups Nonfat Dry Milk
  • 1 1/4 cups Granulated Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground Cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cardamom
  • 1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon White Pepper
To Make the Latte:
  • 1 tablespoon Pumpkin Puree, heaping, per large mug
  • Hot Water

Directions

To make the Chai Mix:

  1. In a large bowl, combine all of the dry ingredients. Mix with a large spoon until combined.
  2. Place in a blender or food processor and blend until a fine powder forms.
  3. Keep stored in a jar or airtight container.

To prepare the Chai:

  1. Place 3 heaping teaspoons of chai mix into a 10-ounce mug.
  2. Add 1 heaping Tablespoon pumpkin puree.
  3. Fill with boiling water and stir until dissolved and smooth. Top with whipped cream and cinnamon if desired.
