Ingredients - 1 cup Instant Tea
- 1 1/2 cups Nonfat Dry Milk
- 1 1/4 cups Granulated Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Ground Ginger
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon Ground Cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon Cardamom
- 1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon White Pepper
To Make the Latte: - 1 tablespoon Pumpkin Puree, heaping, per large mug
- Hot Water
Directions To make the Chai Mix: - In a large bowl, combine all of the dry ingredients. Mix with a large spoon until combined.
- Place in a blender or food processor and blend until a fine powder forms.
- Keep stored in a jar or airtight container.
To prepare the Chai: - Place 3 heaping teaspoons of chai mix into a 10-ounce mug.
- Add 1 heaping Tablespoon pumpkin puree.
- Fill with boiling water and stir until dissolved and smooth. Top with whipped cream and cinnamon if desired.
